When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic but creatures of emotions.
Dale Carnegie

Main subject
How emotions play a very important role in our learning process?
How should be our education system?
What is the importance to be a creative and innovative person in the competitive world?

Conclusion
We should change our education system. All over the world people agree that education is the key to a healthy mind and a successful life. According to me education should available for all the category people.

Supporting arguments
Emotions play a massive role in child’s learning process. Some connections between learning and emotions have been well documented; for example, poor learning can produce negative emotions, negative emotions can impair learning and positive emotions can contribute to learning achievement and vice versa. Emotions take the child towards the positive motivation, persistence, innovation, determination, creativity and achievement in their life.

Today’s our education is fully theoretical rather than practical. Teacher comes with a technique; she tries to put them into one hole. Why can not they understand “Every Child as Unique”? They have their own personal way of learning. We should drop a traditional way of teaching. We should avoid chalk and talk way of teaching.

We should change our education system. We need to bring multi sensory activities to our classroom because we do not know who will learn in which way. We have to take them to known to unknown. Teacher should be a facilitator. Education system should be student centered education because it emulates a real world learning environment.

Teacher asks a question where they can really think and give an answer. Once if their ideas accepted by everyone their self-esteem and self-confidence will go up. It will make them to be an initiative and creative in their work. Our competitive world seeks creative and higher thinker for every field.
